After Last Year’s Was Canceled Due to War, ROI Summit Comes Back to Jerusalem ‘In the Shadow of Oct. 7’

For five days, 86 Jewish and Israeli innovators from across the globe gathered in Jerusalem for the ROI Summit organized by ROI Community.

eJP spotlighted the 2024 Summit’s significance as the first to occur since the October 7 attacks on Israel and the ensuing war. Themed, “Beyond the Horizon,” sessions centered on pressing challenges such as supporting a resilient and secure Israeli society, combatting rising antisemitism and strengthening connections between Israel and global Jewish communities.  

The Summit primarily welcomed new community members as well as some existing ones. Members of Schusterman’s leadership also attended the event, including Stacy Schusterman (Chair), Ohad Reifen (CEO, Schusterman Family Philanthropies-Israel) and Lisa Eisen (Co-President).
