Brandy Durham is a Manager for the Impact and Operations team, providing assistance in the areas of financial management, contract preparation and general office support.

Before joining Schusterman, Brandy provided logistical support to various nonprofit organizations, most recently, Color Of Change, where she served as Operations Manager. Brandy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University in Communications and Media Arts and African-American Studies.

She is a member of the American Theatre Critics Association, Theatre Communications Group and Women in Film and Video.
