As Director of Communications, Savion manages media strategy, as well as marketing, branding, image and content, for Schusterman Family Philanthropies – Israel. She is also part of Schusterman Family Philanthropies’ global Communications team.
Before joining Schusterman, Savion held a series of media- and strategy-related positions. She served as the chief of staff for the chairman of Keren Hayesod, as an advisor to the Director General of the Prime Minister's office, spokesperson for the Israeli mission to the UN in New York and consultant to various public figures in the government and the Knesset. She has held various positions in press, production and research, and also served as an emissary of the Jewish Agency in New Orleans.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in history and communications from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master’s degree in American-Jewish studies from the University of Haifa (as part of the Ruderman Program). She successfully completed a Social Sector Directors course at Reichman University.
