Overview
These grants are designed to give ROIers in our core impact areas a significant push at a key milestone, such as a professional pivot or shifting organizational strategy. They will help ROIers navigate major transitions like: assuming executive roles, significant promotions, career shifts, or strategic changes to their organizations.
Career and Organizational Milestone Grants can be up to $3,500 each. These grants are not awarded annually, but rather during significant professional or organizational transitions. Our team will not approve two consecutive years of Career and Organizational Milestone Grant requests.
Applications will be reviewed in bulk on a monthly basis, and only a limited number of these grants will be approved.
When considering applying for a Career and Organizational Milestone Grant, we recommend speaking with one of our Community Managers.
Priority will be given to applications from ROIers after their first five years of membership.
