Amy is Manager, Human Resource for Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies, responsible for core benefit administration. She works collaboratively with each team and office across the organization to ensure benefit offerings are accessible and meaningful for all Schusterman employees.

Prior to joining Schusterman, Amy worked at Samson Resources II Opco, LLC, a US based exploration and production company, where she facilitated a broad array of Human Resources activities. She has a broad range of experiences within Human Resources. Amy believes deeply in working with others to facilitate the best outcome.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Services from Friends University. She is passionate about service and participates in many community outreach opportunities through her church.
