Eboni Dunbar-Scott is a Director for the Grantmaking Operations team, leading the development and implementation of organizational systems and processes, supporting organizational effectiveness and culture.

Before joining Schusterman, Eboni was a college coach for Beyond 12, where she worked to increase the number of underrepresented students who graduate from our nation’s colleges and universities. Eboni graduated from Macalester College with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. She also earned a Master’s in Fine Arts from Mills College in Creative writing.

Outside of her work at Schusterman, Eboni is the author of Stone and Steel and a former editor with the Hugo Award Winning FIYAH Literary Magazine.
