Prior to joining the Schusterman team, Chanel was an Executive Assistant and then a Communications Specialist at National DCP where she provided high-level support to multiple C-Suite executives as well as assisting with internal and external corporate communications. Before National DCP, Chanel gained over 10 years of experience in administrative support roles with government, non-profit and various organizations.

Chanel earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology and specialization in Criminal Justice from Carlow University where she was also Co-Captain of the Varsity Women’s Basketball team. Chanel considers herself a travel enthusiast, self-taught wine connoisseur and enjoys continuing her love for sports through coaching youth sports teams.
