Jahlivia sits on the Impact and Operations team as an Assistant for Events and Experiences. She supports a variety of organizational programs and works collaboratively with multiple teams across the organization to assist in creating experiences that are impactful and align with program goals. 

Prior to joining Schusterman, Jahlivia worked as an Event Manager at Occasions Caterers for two years. She also has experience as a Day-of-Event Coordinator working directly with an established event planner in the Washington, D.C. area. She is dedicated to using her professional background and skillset to create meaningful experiences.

Jahlivia holds a Master of Science in Hospitality Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stevenson University. Outside of her professional endeavors, Jahlivia enjoys taking walks, listening to music, and going to the movies and loves a fun game night with family and friends.
