Prior to joining Schusterman, Regan served as a Managing Partner at TNTP where she led teams doing academic work across the Southeast with a particular focus on supporting literacy and academic work in Tennessee. Regan graduated from the Harvard Graduate School of Education with a master’s degree in education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Barnard College, Columbia University. Prior to joining TNTP, Regan was a charter school leader in the South Bronx and Washington, DC, a literacy coach in the Los Angeles Unified School District and designed teacher training content for Teach For America.
